Geez, Rosie, thanx for an easy question!  I don't have a favorite, but I have met girls like Lucy. The neighborhood I grew up in had lots of 'Lucys'.

You're welcome sweetie! Condolences to you bh. Lots of Lucys?  Gadzooks and yikes! I'm not sure I could pick a favorite Peanuts character although when we visited the Charles Schulz museum in Santa Rosa, California we bought a Snoopy magnet which is on our fridge. I think you might know that Jim plays tennis so our Snoopy magnet has Snoopy holding a tennis racquet. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday! It's easy questions you like? Okey dokey. Will keep that in mind m'dear! :)

    Schroeder :) :)

Because he had great taste in music. He was kind of over-shadowed by all the other characters.  What many of them didn't know is had it not been for Schroeder, they wouldn't have become so popular.   Music plays a huge part in setting a mood and he always rose to the occasion  ;) :) This post was edited by Merlin at February 6, 2017 8:22 AM MST

Wasn't he limited to Classical music? Beethoven mostly? I liked him but I would have loved him to also play Gershwin...Rhapsody in Blue? Stretch his repertoire a bit.  He was also always very serious. I don't recall ever seeing a smile upon his face. Music should bring joy don'tcha think? Thank you for your reply Merlin and Happy Monday to you! :)

Your are right. He limited his talent to exposing only his knowledge of Beethoven.  I think his talent went much deeper. He was more the mystery than blurting out who he was as Lucy did.  Mystery in a character can become tantalizing.  It can also become frustrating.  If done properly, like Schroeder did, it is enticing.
What I have always envisioned is Schroeder getting up and doing the "Happy Snoopy Dance"  behind the scenes.  He was in character.  He has a very wild side....
He just doesn't want you to see it...

That could very well be Merlin. I am not good at reading people. I take them at face value. I either am drawn in or repelled by them and I act accordingly. I don't engage with folks who are rude/insulting/unkind. There are too many good folks out there to spend time with and I seek them out! I'm now trying to visualize Schroeder doing the "Happy Snoopy Dance". It isn't working for me. I shall keep trying though! Thank you for your creative reply. It is making me rethink my take on Schroeder! :)

Very cute Lucia! Lucy does seem to fill up every room she is in all by herself. She demands attention and will get it any way she can. Gee. Kinda reminds of certain politicians, one in particular!  Thank you for your reply and the great graphic and Happy Monday! :)
