  • Well there was Miss Lawson when I was in second class. I was only 7 at the time. I must have been a precocious little bugger.

  • Yep, it was Mrs. Smoot. It was in the late 60's when miniskirts were just coming out. She used to wear one and sit on her desk while talking to the class. It drove all of the guys crazy.

  • Well, maybe a little. I remember her occasionally -- usually when a topic like this crops up in conversation. I hope she had a great life.

  • Well if that's the case then  I'm sure we can  exclude Health Class.

  • Waaaaay back when I was in school, health classes were not coed and were taught by our brawny, muscle bound phys ed teachers. Talk about awkward.

  • Oh I know awkward.    Our Gym teacher who always had his one hand in his pocket ( Literally ) taught it to us and there had to be a Priest or a Nun present to monitor the moral turpitude of the class.

  • If I remember correctly, most of our classes consisted of those black and white movies with the wavy sound. Good time to catch a nap.

We had one of those too.  His name was Mr. Saxon.  Body Building was really in back then.  I had long sense graduated, but I heard he got fired for the two obvious reasons.

Mine was a science teacher also Element 99 ~  His name was Mr. Goodwin.  I don't think I had the hots for him so that really doesn't count; but I loved his class.
I really liked Mr. Rassmussan too.  He taught art in the 7th grade.  Boys or Girls, I guess the 7th grade is the evil, turning grade some of us started looking at our teachers a little differently.
