When you roast a whole chicken or Turkey do you use the giblets?

I use them for the stuffing or gravy.

  • Someone I know saw me chopping them up and when i told them what for she thought I was nuts.  She thought they were inedible and that it was weird i do that.

  • if you can't prove it ....never happened :p I can buy a fully cooked  chicken at loblaws for $8. Is good ...no gobbles or whatever word was.

  • Giblets.  Gizzard, heart, and liver.  Boil them for broth you mix with drippings for gravy and the chop them up to put in stuffing and or gravy.  Good.

    We got 'em at Wegman's and Big M but I gotten one that was pink inside once so I can't do it now. :(

  • Bah :( I don't like it. I almost died few days ago when I had shred a fully cooked chicken ...no gibbked or what ever words you say....I was so sad for that and I was kinda dying. Pretty sure I almost died ;)
