LETTER FROM THE CAPTIVE MUJAHID KHALID SHAIKH MOHAMMAD

This isn't a question.  This is an informational post that I thought others might find interesting and/or useful.

I was just reading an article that directed me to an exclusive story in the Miami Herald.  It appears the alleged architect of the 9/11 attacks wrote a letter of explanation to President Obama which supposedly was received prior to his leaving office. My sole purpose in posting is to give anyone here that may have an interest in this the links to read both the article and the letter itself.  It gives great insight into the mindset of our enemies.

    Hello Harry:

Youda thunk that after being waterboarded 125 times, he'd start to love us a little better..  No, huh?

    LOL excon.

I'm someone who wants to know what compels people to do what they do.  My knowledge of Islam is very limited. I found it very interesting to be given a peek into the mind of an extreme fundamentalist and to read in his own words why they declared war on the U.S.  There were a couple of things he mentioned that were not and have not been reported by the mainstream media.  Even this letter hasn't received much media attention.  It's all important IMO.  I do believe many of our citizens are either in the dark or simply turn a blind eye to how excessively collusive our government has been.

    Hello again, Harry:

We have not behaved well toward our Muslim neighbors..  I understand their anger about that.   What I don't understand is what they DO about it..

Between us, I dunno who is the bigger victim.  What I know is, we both have been victimized.

That's as deep as I get.

  • I know a little about the wider subject... and what I do know is that many muslims in that region, including Pakistan, do feel that America brought it on themselves...that America were the instigators.. and this was from non-jihad types.. my feeling, with no disrespect is that there is more proneness to believing such things? But anyway...yes, many in that region,  even the non-extremists seem to believe quite naturally that America is to blame... and somehow deserved it..they seem to feel very bitterly and angry towards America... or some do...not saying all..

There is some quite complex history behind all this that most Americans are not aware of...
