How do you cope with nuisance phone calls? Do you have any good stories?

Telemarketers? Scammers?

    I had a caller telling me I had won two million dollars. I told him I couldn't hear him.

  • I had a call one night from a guy who said he was from a pop radio station and would give me $200 to bark like a dog. For $200 I'd have peed on his hub caps. So I gave him some big dog, and some little dog, and some snarls and yips, and when I finished I said, "Now come clean. You're ringing from a party, aren't you?" He assured me that he wasn't but, of course, he was. No money for Didge the dog.
