The 9th Circuit has spoken but in 2012 it was overturned 86% of the time. So is there hope for Trump's ban on immigrants from

terrorist countries?

    I think Pres Trump should redraft the order fixing the things the court used to find against it.

    As I understand they wanted the statement that was issued after the EO clarifying that those with visas and green cards are not effective.
