It is also what happen to us, and that molds us towards being 'someone else'.
Most big companies develop a company culture, and they are even proud of it :) I worked for the Danish shipping company Maersk for a couple of years, they called it "getting painted blue" (the color on their logo). 
Maybe in evolution - at one time we might of been monkeys living in trees but in time we would be much more then that. Now a days were living in skyscrapers but maybe in time we will be much more then that. Cheers!
