Strong and confident people ALWAYS take responsibility for their words/deeds. They do not require surrogates or mouthpieces or spokespersons or advocates to explain away everything they do/say that is wrong. They don't need anyone defending their lies with "alternative facts". They stand on their own two feet and not the backs or shoulders of others. Weak/desperate is not a good thing for a boss/leader/decisionmaker. It is a very very very ungood thing. SIGH.
