What has the President Trump actually completed so far? Are they priority issues or the easy reversal of Executive Orders?

I see his greatest benefit so far as great spoofs for SNL, and late night entertainment. These are things he has no control over, and must keep him up at night. 

There is no such thing as a happy Saturday for Trump. Melissa McCarthy may single handily give him a far greater source of ire than Rosie O'Donnell ever did.
