Do YOU decide whom your friends are or do they decide? Is it a simultaneous mutual decision? Who decides the timing?

  • Not sure what the total definition of friend is but There are different levels of friends and do not look at it as decision but more of a feeling and you both know that we can be friendly. There are many people I talk to when we cross paths and consider all as friends and do not say or they don't that we have decided to be friends, you just know it. Make all you can of those.
