Plastic surgery changes outward appearance to one degree or another. What does it do to the "personality"? Does that change too? How?

There are both potentially positive changes and potentially negative changes to one's personality that need to be addressed when someone is in the decision-making process of having plastic surgery, which is one of the reasons that so much counseling is involved.  That's also true of one's close family members.
