    (had)

I'd have it removed; they look sexy in women's faces, but I'm a dude.

I have one on my left cheek and another just below the hollow at the base of my throat.  Both are flat and as long as they remain so, I see no need to remove them.

Oh I see, you are right, as long as it is flat better not to remove it. This mole of mine is an identification mark in my school record;))

It depends on the mole. A flat 'beauty mark' is one thing, but most raised moles are not. I know what I would do because I did have a mole removed.

  • I agree Jane, one like this example becomes a focal point, especially around the eyes, nose or mouth. If safe to do, I would remove as early as possible.

I had one under my eye for 30+ years.  When it decided to start puffing up I had it removed.

I'd cut it off with an exacto knife if I could.

  • Just a clarification, many moles are part of a normal feature, perhaps even attractive. It's when it is the first thing a person notices that, I wonder why not have it removed. That person may have no issue with it, thus minding my own thoughts would be best. LOL
