    Does that mean he will have no Presidential powers until things are figured out? If so I figure it might be a good idea but how would it work with his Commander and Chief duties - like will he still have the launch coeds. It probably won't happen but suppose Russia decided to launch a first strike - because of sore grapes he could just say so what and not give the order for a retaliation strike. Cheers!

    Psst Excon.  Be careful what you say.  You never know what you will be accused of for disagreeing with this sitting President.  It's better to continue to be an excon than a current con.
