Do you know the story? You don't think armed men walking through a small town behaving aggressively, cursing, yelling, and shaking their guns makes people fearful and intimidates them? Huh. Well, the courts felt otherwise.
There were some very large organizations involved. They backed the group up in town hall meetings and still own property in the town.
Is it over? Those groups still exist and as long as they do, these things will keep happening. Moreover, as long as the group still owns property in that town, it still isn't over for those citizens. This could start up again at any point. Cobb might not be the ring leader, but it's not over.
