  • Drugs ... But not recommended ... You can't cheat and get away with it ... Rest and nutrition work for me

  • So true ... A day at the beach ... By yourself... A good book and a towel ... Nothing but the gulls  squarking overhead and the restful sounds of the waves completing their journey

Going for a walk or getting lost in a book. Both distract me enough to forget about my troubles.

  • Back in the day it was exercise. Any kind of physical exercise and the harder the better. By the time I wiped yourself out, had a shower, changed my clothes, it was like starting a new day.

Several hours of music selected from my collection works for me.  I make myself a DJ taking request and playing them.  I always open and close the show with:     I don't get out and about much anymore so I improvise. This post was edited by Beans/SilentGeneration at March 12, 2017 7:34 AM MDT

  • I smoke a fatty and go wander around in the woods exploring, maybe climb a tree, take a nap, or converse with nature

  • Thank you for that hon, that was three valuable minutes of my life that I'll never get back. The problem with this site is that it lacks tech heads, yes TECH heads.... not the other. For example, I know that you would create enough friction to run a small town for a day when you're on a roll, you environmentally friendly person you. When you have a moment, do you think you could show me how you do it?

I don't think I've ever gotten burnt out and if I did, I'd only need a couple of minutes to recharge on my own.
