You'll get that hour missing handled right back at you again later in the year. Oomph.

    LOL!  That's very funny GJ.

For me, it would be that I get to watch The Walking Dead an hour earlier!

  • Massachusetts was discussing cancelling daylights savings time.
I don't know how familiar you are with the northeast, but that would create some hilarious havoc, up here. lmao

I could only imagine! We have 2 counties here that are a different time zone and that can be hard enough to remember

We get more daylight in the evening. If we get rid of it, we should leave it on summer time.

  • Setting the clocks forward is stupid.   I really wish we didn't do it and it stay light out so damn late.

I find it nerve racking and deprives me of comforting darkness. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at March 13, 2017 3:38 AM MDT

Did you buy that bat?  Are you in a rush to cuddle up to it under the cover of darkness?

  • Nope,  I put a hail Mary $20 bid but towards the end it went up.

It's the summer sun an heat really.  It's just hard to relax in the evening with the sun up so late.  It' gets to be 8 and it's like " will go down already!".   I just stay up so late because it takes too long to get dark.

    Plus it's fake time.

I'll give you that but without it, the sun would be up at 3:30 rather than 4:30.  Where I live now, the birds start chattering as soon as the sun starts to rise.  I have the windows open and I feel like I'm in the middle of Birdie Grand Central Station.  I don't mind getting up at 5 a.m. but any earlier I am pissed off and grumpy all day.

I guess I will have to take a closer look in my basement and see if I can find the desiccated corpse of one of the bats for you.
