It has experienced the good, the bad and the ugly.  Really, I have no complaints.

  • Hi Goatlumper, here is my answer to your Q:
My life seems to be going places wherewithal I did not even realize existed...actually more interesting than the 'somewheres' I used to think/hope to which I might go...so like Beans/SG, no complaints...

  • I was looking at it and im not so sure any more.
What keeps that strap from suddenly riding up your back, and letting you fall right on a pile of your own making?
Especially that guy on the picture, I mean, he's holding on tight, he's looking up, praying maybe?
So you Know he's got work coming. That's a lot of trusting that strap not to ride up during such a delicate circumstance.

  • Just think of the mess if you position it a little too low.

It's basically a smaller tree climbing swing-line people use with spurs.

  • Interesting the things we focus on.
As I watch that, im thinking that guy should be happy he paid attention thru all those boring safety meetings. Eh?

  • Me too.  Every since I actually fell out of a tree, I've lost my nerve for that kind of stuff

I like how he had the tree tied off.  that guy expected that to happen me thinks

I don't think I ever believed that. I did think it was going in the crapper, but perhaps things have changed for me. I'm keeping a watchful eye on this one.
