    Give the toilet seat a coating of non-skid material.
    You can buy at any hardware store.

    It has happened to me. Sweat I think, My thighs not cheeks.

    I wiped my thighs with wet wipes and washed the toilet with detergent.

    Nothing sticks to non-skid.
    Just occurred to me you could sprinkle a bit of talcum or baby powder on the seat.
