  • LOL did you mean the kind you eat of the humongous singing star.. I've never eaten meatloaf, I have had a nutloaf... but i truly adore meatloaf the singer.. i have a cd in the car now that has a fair few meatloaf songs on. loving it

    Yes, in fact I made some vegetarian meatloaf today.  A whole lot of it, I love to cook and freeze.  Should have meatloaf for quite a while.

    I will eat it if I am a guest and it is what is being served, but I don't really care for it.  I have made it for others, when requested, but just make myself a burger.

  • Not really. There are better similar dishes, like shepherd's pie or tamale pie, both of which I love.

  • It's pretty good with gravy and mash. Doesn't make a bad sandwich, either. Can't remember the last time I cooked one, though.

    Yes, and I make great meatloaf, and I never use oatmeal or Catsup in it either.

    Not always, but I make a Mexican meatloaf with Pico De Gallo, enchilada sauce and rice.
    It is a bit loose but it sure tastes good.
