    It's still winter. Spring starts Monday. It can also snow all the way into May, depending where you live. Of course, we also have climate change, whether some people believe it or not. Then you have cycles of weather. You're a scientist and probably know that better than I do.

    It's about 20 degrees colder than normal here in Pa.  The whole month of March has been abnormally cold after having a very warm February.  

    I just know that when the weather is nice out west, it's miserable here, vise versa.
