That is epic. It linked to a caffeine calculator.I can have more than 75 cups of coffee in a day and not die. That is my new goal. lol

  • It says my daily limit is 4.2 8oz. cups a day.    That's freaking cruel!   I drink that before noon that latest.

  • Asking a qualified medical person would be a better choice than AM.

Oh, I see.  For a "friend".

    (cough cough)

Seriously, I think you are talking about someone with a normal heart.  Here is the answer.  I do not know.

I can tell you this.  Caffeine in pill form is way stronger than coffee and if you took a whole bottle of that stuff, I am sure you would at least be carted to the Emergency Room.

not sure but if you were to ask this question on healthtap.com a real doctor will email you back, I used to get these coffee drinks on the way to church every wk, it was a 44 ounze cup and it was like a chocolate coffee shake, i would sit there during sunday school and drink it, and my feet and hands would sometimes go numb, needless to say i stopped drinking it and also going to that church, i do drink coffee, i just dont get that one anymore, sometimes it gave me stabbing pains in my hands too

  • As long as you have one glass of wine after every 5th cup of coffee, you will be ok.

I suppose that would depend greatly on their body-size, overall health and whether or not they're a regular coffee drinker.

  • I just saw something about some barista.   I think in Sweden.  Came up with a new coffee concoction that has over half the lethal dose of caffeine in it.
It was for a nurse working some insane shift.  Anyway it took her something like two days to drink and didn't sleep for several days after she finished it.

So two of those could do it apparently.

  • The last guy I knew tried that is dead now and I couldn't understand how many cups he said he had.

  • I don't know, it's probably a lot. I drink a crap load of caffeine when I'm working, and I'm far from dead.

Dunno about heart attack but it causes auditory hallucinations, If you’ve just downed your fifth cup of coffee and you seem to be hearing things that aren’t actually there, well, you might want to blame the caffeine in your cup of Joe;))
So, JA, if you hear anything bad about me it is just the coffee hearing it;)) This post was edited by Veena.K at March 18, 2017 8:01 PM MDT
