    What responsibility? How do you know any outcome would be different whether he read it or not? And I don't have the time and energy to waste worrying about whether someone else read something, which is something over which I have no control. I'm glad you have time and energy to spend worrying about things over which you have no control.

  • It's doubtful.  It;'s also probably that CO-POTUS Steve Banon needed to read it to that bloated, lying POS.  Trump has the vocabulary of a 5th grader.  The words  "AFFORDABLE", "EDUCATION",  "RECONCILIATION", "HEALTHCARE", (among others) escape his intellect and comprehension.

    For example, Imagine his surprise when he discovered that Obamacare and the ACA were the same thing? Who would have believed it would be so complicated
