No. Allowing the small things to go unacknowledged creates the culture of allowing it to continue and turns into grave abuses. Metaphorically speaking is starts by testing with stealing a pack of gum. When it's repeatedly shown it's not dealt with they move onto the cash register.

Chump has never given any reason for the people that work under him, to trust and/or be loyal to him. That's why there are leaks and that's why they won't ever stop.
