    Not paying attention to the road or driving defensively.  Someone who is a rude driver or gets upset by idiots on the road.  Someone who has road rage, which is something that can only go wrong for both people involved. No texting or talking on a hand held phone.
    No goats or other livestock in the back seat. hahaha
