  • The pipes were quite hard for me to learn.  1. I'm very lazy 2. I tend to give up too quickly 3. Its harder as an adult  But I stuck with it and played for about 10 years.  In '14 I had open heart surgery and was out for 6 - 8 months and have fallen away from it.

    Glad you're here m'dear. My brother-in-law had Quintuple by-pass surgery in 2008 I believe.If something is "quite hard for me to learn" I usually just give up and move on! Good for you for sticking with it! Thank you for your reply whistle! :)

  • The way the situation was found out was I had an upper respiratory problem.  The GP as routine procedure listened to my heart and seriously suggested I go to a cardiologist.  The cardiologist response on examining me was "You cannot delay this. I'm surprised you can even walk across the street."
