    Why is an 80's song audible? Rick Astley or Chesney Hawkes? 

    Anyway, the driver in the GIF. The camera zooms up to the sign so we, the audience, can read it. Then it zooms out again to the perspective of the bystanders where the sign can not be read in time before he drives away. So that means they probably couldn't read the sign. Therefore, its pointless. Anyways, I'm overthinking stuff again. See ya.
