    Sure, I think many NEED to start pausing for reflection in so many areas of life... :/ To sit, listen and think of what's going on, and what's around them, not just THEM!! lol. On the other hand, I reflect too much, and it lowers my joy :/  I often go over something I said wrong or may have done wrong, and to find out it was nothing ... it was me OVER thinking yet again. Here's to a reflective yet free April !!
