Syrian babies dying from chemical weapons attacks MOVED Trump to attack Syria. His budget cuts HARM US kids. Does he care about them?

Trump's  had a bleeding heart for Syrian babies dying painful deaths due to Assad attacking his own people with chemical weapons. Fine. Now what about American kids who will go to bed hungry, die from disease, be homeless due to drastic severe budget cuts for programs that protected them? Does he have a heart for them? If so how could he budget cut away programs that were there to help them? Does he think things through or does he just react emotionally extemporaneously wantonly and promiscuously? Anyone know?

    Trump just want a war and is using Syria as an excuse to take the focus off of himself.
    He does not care about anyone who does not benefit him.

    I wonder who wrote that speech for him? The one where he said "beautiful babies died". So once again it was all about him and how he could use that to aggrandize himself. SIGH. Thank you for your reply Lulu'sMom and Happy Saturday! :)
