    I think it was a strategy - a strategy to show he's  powerful and tuffer then Obama. If it was emotional there  would be a plan on how to help the refuges. Cheers and happy weekend!

    Strategy, the poison gas was used just at the right time for Trump,  as he was talking to the Chinese and it backed up his threat about North Korea if the Chinese did not do something to control Kim.
