Air, fresh air. Makes sorta sense. Is really windy today though! Meh! How's your weather? Any fresh air around you?



Not only will fresh air bring oxygen into our lungs to rejuvenate us, but the sunlight exposure increases levels of vitamin D in our bodies, which can make us feel happier and healthier. Vitamin D helps reduce risk of depression and eases symptoms, so getting adequate sunshine each day, as well as taking a vitamin D supplement, could help. Plus, walking boosts circulation in the body, which can give us more energy as well.
