Happy National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day! What's your favorite kind of cheese and bread for your sandwich?

I'm having grilled Mozzerella, Provolone, Swiss and Cheddar on Texas Toast with tomato soup for dinner tonight!  Yum!

Of course this is a very sad day for you if you KILLED your last grilled cheese sandwich *sobs* *crying*
