What color is the mildew in your bathroom and where in the world are you?

My house is new and I have no mold in my baths, but it can be black, red, pink, or brown.  It's all bad news and should be dealt with harshly and immediately by experts.  If you can see it, no telling what is in and behind your walls.   Good luck. 

The mildew in my bathroom is black. If it is mildew, I rather think it is a fungus.

Odd word innit mildew?

It is mold which is indeed a fungus.  Get rid of it; it can cause health problems.  

It's a full color palette.

I have NO mold and you had better run like hell if you do.  That stuff can be horrifically poisonous.  It is hard to detect too.  Make sure there is none to speak of anywhere near where you may live.  This is serious.

I'm in the desert. There is no mildew in my bathroom. Anyway, I clean my bathroom everyday, so nothing can grow. Humidity is 30% and temperature is 99 F. It is barely 11:00 am. It gets hotter later in the day. Triple digits.

WE WILL ALL RUN LIKE HELL WHEN WE SEE MILDEW!!!
