All over the nation are rich people and poor people trading places?

They rich are moving back into the city and pushing the poor out to the countryside. As it was before it is now becoming again.

    The poor should be thankful they live in the country. It's far more beautiful than brick and mortar, it's quieter, no honking horns, no smog, no commute traffic, and no  loud, nosey neighbors.
