    I am more relaxed while eating, yes...but it is that satisfaction of knowing there isn't a mess in the kitchen that allows me to really chill out and relax after the meal is done.

  • In most cases as I go.  There are a few dishes that are better to wait till it's done.

    I try to clean as I go, when preparation allows. Some meals need so much attention there really isn't time.
