Married people: in your opinion, what's the MOST RIDICULOUS public event your spouse likes dragging to to, or tries to drag you to?


She corrals me to the Farmer's Market every few weeks.

    You are getting off easy............it could be fashion week in Atlanta or the garden club's gala or decorators' showhouse tours. 


    When we were younger, my husband invited me to go to gun shows and boat shows to be polite.  I think he was happier to go with his buddies.

    Unless both of us want to go somewhere, she does her thing and I do mine. The only thing I get coerced into is visiting the in-laws, but that's neither an "event" nor "public".
