"Am I under investigation"? A question asked by the subject of multiple investigations of an FBI director. Is that obstruction of justice?

Is it intimidation? It certainly isn't appropriate, seemly or "normal". What kind of person doesn't know that?

Law enforcement can and do lie to anyone asking the question. Not the same as "Are you a cop?" and even then an undercover can lie. This post was edited by O-uknow at July 9, 2018 3:25 PM MDT
