    Delegating makes the hardest kind of sense. Do what you do best, and trust the other guy to do his job properly too.

    Of course that's not the same thing as shifting blame. If it's your fault, wear it.

    It has to be a consensual partnership Sbf. It will never work if it isn't reciprocal. You establish confidence in certain people to execute certain things on your behalf which they agree with and are competent to do. You don't just sluff off things unilaterally. In my opinion. I know supervisors/owners/bosses can do whatever the he** they want to do. But there is the right way to do everything. The fair way. The honorable way. The honest way.
