    They have no reason to,  they make those sweeps on your mobile phone, your laptop, your smart TV and security cameras, Edward Snowden told us all that.

    They still do flyovers.  Both locals and feds look for marijuana, municipalities look for things they cannot see from the road that someone may have done without a permit, and the state police here flyover my city every weekend.

    Britain has the most CCTV surveillance anywhere, it's easy to monitor such a little island, the only place you can go where you won't be filmed is the woods or forest.  We also get a lot of police helicopters fly over.
