Not American.  There is not one scintilla of intelligence among the lot.

Judged by someone who thinks he is intelligent, but probably is stupider than I could ever be.

What do you mean, anyway? I can't say whether I'm smart or dumb since I don't know what kind of intelligence is being sought after. I guess it's all relative.
