Are you wantonly promiscuous with your time? How much of it do you waste/kill? On what and why?

Well, here we all are on AB when we might be doing more productive things.  I have to spouse or family so my free time is all mine.  Sometiime it is productively spent, sometimes not so much and still on occasion flat out wasted.
