Did you know there will be 200 foreign dignitaries at the GOP Convention, and 400 at the Democratic one?

Seems like they think Hillary will be the next U.S. President. Or they may be afraid of the violence at the GOP Convention. What do you think it is? Is it about safety or is it about support? Or is it about curiosity?
