It is not at all a joke.  People worship many gods. On what reasons do you accept Yahweh over Krishna? It is a serious question of epistemology and ontology.

You evade the question and resort to dogma.  Moreover you now assert three additional premises, the soul, salvation and that Jesus can provide this salvation.  Yet you do not provide any support for your declarations.
