Just call him President Double T. President TT. He is very new at it and yet look how far he has come? What other presidents can match President Doubtle T's record for leaking classified information?
Whether it was good as far as foreign relations are concerned or not, Trump had the authority to share the information regarding ISIS with the Russians. The "unnamed sources" did/do not.
All he told the Philippine leader was that we had a couple of subs "over there"...information the Navy had already publicized in regards to one sub before his conversation, and about the other sub before the transcript of the phone call was leaked. Here is the link, again:
