Rex Tillerson, US Secretary of State and religious bigot is ignoring marking Ramadan, the Islamic holy month. WHY?

Religious Intolerance/bigotry is not among the traits any country needs in any person of any position, much less an American Secretary of State. Shame on him! He does great discredit to whatever religion he espouses and America. There is nothing of merit in what he is doing. Nothing. Another wart/black eye on the United States. Why do we have such despicable people in positions of authority/power? Anyone got a good answer for that?

  • Since when is Tillerson, or anyone else for that matter, obligated to "mark Ramadan"? I'm not a Muslim myself, therefore I care not a Tinker's Dam about such observances. I've never stood in the way of anyone's expressions and observances of faith. I'd say that defines tolerance. We've got too many folks out there that define bigotry and intolerance as disagreement with their own opinion. The really sad truth is that the highest and most disgusting forms of bigotry and intolerance come from those who must resort to name calling simply because there are those who challenge their ideas.
