What's the greatest lie of our time?

In my personal opinion, the greatest lie of all time is organized religion. Of "our" time , meaning the past ten years and present day ,  would be the Internet " Catfish"   

"Let's make America great again."

Although if he bans pre-shredded cheese, he may well make America grate again.

Okay, maybe it's not the greatest lie but I couldn't think of anything else.  It's 5:00 a.m. and I need my coffee.

the biggest is the illusion that the world is real
and that's all there is...
along with the delusion that they are the body
and they die and that's it.

That we are alone in the universe. 

Religion. 

There is, and never has been a UFO found in Area 51.

When Walmart opened they claimed that they only would sell America..............American made items only.  They had banners all around the walls of the store. Americans loved it!    The truth of the matter was that they sold goods made in sweat shops on American-owned Islands.  If I go to a Walmart it's because it's the only place open that has what I need. 

We've heard plenty of whoppers from our politicians and Congress too.   You know, like an ambassador and several military guys were killed because of a video.  Who the hell ever believed that?
