Do you believe both global warming and Trump/Russia collusion are hoaxes? If so what do you believe is the purpose of the hoaxes?

Fake News. Or Alternative News. How are they different? Trump folks shout FAKE NEWS whenever anything comes up they don't like. But Kellyanne Conway her very own self DEFENDED ALTERNATIVE NEWS on a talk show not too long. So what' s the diff between fake news (lies) that  the Tumpeters despise and Kellyann'e "alternative news(lies)" that they engage in, defend, subscribe to. embrace and promulgate? They seem the same to me. When is a lie not a lie? When it's the truth, right? So who decides which is which? Don't they all have a dog in the fight which skews their views? It's confusing.  It's a lie when it's fake news and an alternative 'truth' when it is an 'alternative' fact. I see. The light is beginning to dawn for me. It all depends upon whose views are being discussed doesn't it? Once again it is the source  that matters, not the thing itself? Yes. I get it. Indeedy deed I do. :(  SIGH. Do you?

    Global warming is obviously not a hoax. Figures can't lie.

    As for the Russia collusion - if not fact, WHY IS TRUMP GOING TO SUCH EXTRAORDINARY LENGTHS TO SHUT EVERYBODY UP? Logic says he'd let the investigation run its course, secure in the knowledge that it would exonerate him. He hasn't, on the contrary he's impeded the investigation at a level not seen since Nixon - and it has to see the same inevitable conclusion. The only question is, will Trump jump as Nixon did, or will he have to be pushed by impeachment? Either way, I seriously doubt he'll see in the New Year as President. He won't last until the midterms.

    Global warming - no. Russia collusion - maybe.

    I believe there is a strong likelihood that the Russia collusion stories were deliberately started by Trump himself or his campaign team, either as a distraction technique, or, when the stories are finally shown to be groundless, as a way of strengthening the impression that he is being unfairly persecuted by the media.
