On a team communication needs to be at least partially formal in order to avoid misunderstandings, templates can help with that.

But personally I just love breaking the rules ;-))

I'm not a rulebreaker JakobA. But when there is a way to do my thing without restriction you can bet I grab it and go with it,  Some folks feel lost unless you hold their hand..show them the way. Others prefer to go it alone and see what happens. The latter is me but I  would never ignore rules or take cuts or cheat. It just ain't worth it. If the arena allows me to spread my wings I'm happy. If it doesn't I just find another arena. No one gets hurt. Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)

Boundaries and restrictions are good when I am learning / investigating something new---progress can be made more quickly in the "safe" areas and there is seldom an advantage in re-inventing the wheel.

At some point, however, I'm going somewhere else and just leaving a trail.
