Discussion»Questions»Human Behavior» If someone had unlimited intellectual ability and no axes to grind could he/she solve the world's problems? What would it take to do that?
Intellect is a tool. A very necessary tool but it is useless without integrity, character, right conduct, love and the ability to recognize one's duty to treat all men equally.
It is one thing to solve all the words problems. Quite easy actually. The problems come when you try to get people to implement your solutions. "I never threw a plastic bag into the ocean. Why should I have to work cleaning it up", "Global warming is a hoax", "There is lots of oil under the seafloor, just let us drill where we want" ... etc.
