What were they, and how did you find ways to feel hope, feel you could conquer it? How did you figure out a way to not identify that 'you' are bad/weak etc from trauma?
Yes, basically crying out of nowhere and for no reason. It's ok now mostly, but back then a bug on the windshield would be enough to me me teary.
Aww :( I'm sorry to hear you also experience crying.. I cry often myself but it is not for no reason usually.. it is little things like seeing a child walking /crawling, it will make me feel so emotional... or seeing a bad story in the news, instead of just feeling badly I'll cry too... (not gushing tears, but nonetheless).. then I cry for just feeling like when will I overcome this? or feel like a true adult, that has a right to life, to wants, to needs and love?
