Would your description of you agree with the one your friends/relatives would give? Can we ever fairly assess ourselves? Are you sure?

    Nope.  But then, neither all of my friends nor all of my family would give the exact same assessment of me either.  In fact, each assessment would differ.  Each of us views ourselves and others through our own prism, where our views are colored by our own biases, life experiences, expectations, actual knowledge, wishful thinking, etc.  

    Define "fairly".  We can only assess based upon what we have to work with within our "prism".  Who determines whether A's assessment is more or less correct than B's, or C's, or J's, or Q's or Z's...or my own?    

    Yeppers, I am certain.
